Our number one aim is to adhere to passenger safety and welfare. We have invested heavily in MOT testing station. All vehicles are checked three times per year and we also have a 24 Hour recovery vehicle and in house garage facilities to maintain all of our vehicles to a high standard.
We have a computer system that is able to trace every job which ties in with our complaints procedure to enable us to trace which driver was on whichever job should you ever have a complaint. We enforce a company disciplinary system of verbal warning, second verbal warning, written warning then dismissal.
